Every day is a new Now. Every Now is a new opportunity to something to make a change. To do something new for you and your life. But every Now is also an excellent opportunity to be happy where you are Now. How cool is that!!
So every day is a new Now, but we can also break every day down to shorter Nows. Like part of days. Morning, afternoon, evening, night are all Nows, when you are in them. Imagine how much easier it is to focus on only a few hours at a time.
And while we are breaking our Nows down to shorter ones we might as well break every part into shorter Nows too. How about an hour. Every hour is a Now. How easy would it be to have your focus on being happy for one hour at a time? Wouldn’t it be incredibly nice to feel happy about your life and yourself for one hour at a time. It doesn’t sound to hard, does it?!
The good news is that if it does sound hard you can break the hour down to shorter Nows too, into half hour Nows, 15 minute Nows, 5 minute Nows or even second Nows.
The important thing is that you realise and understand that every moment, of every day, is new Now. And with every new Now you have the choice of how to feel about it. It is all up to you. And you choose it Right NOW, and Now, and Now.
Choose to have a smile on your face at all times. In every Now. Just smile. Now.
Whatever you do Now, choose to have complete focus on that particular thing. Now. Whatever that particular thing is, make sure you smile while you do it. Now. Make sure you enjoy it, and are happy. Now.
Because once a Now has passed, it is the Past. And you can never get that exact Now back. You can never return to the Past, and change how you felt when you where in that Now.
So do yourself a favour and make sure you are happy and focused on and in your Now. Right Now!
